Patricia McCorkle Crandall is a local Greenvillian and retired high school art teacher. She is known for drawing with the stipple technique of pen & ink which is thousands of tiny ink dots placed one at a time by hand. The technique is more than 500 years old and is said to have begun during the Renaissance.
